Emran Ally
Emran is Managing Partner of Third Place Capital, a Florida-focused retail real estate investment and advisory platform. He brings more than two decades of experience across strategic leasing, acquisitions and retail advisory, with more than 700 executed transactions.
His career includes leadership and investment experience with CBRE, EDENS and Woolbright Development, working across privately and institutionally owned retail assets and on behalf of prominent tenants. Emran holds a Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism from the University of Miami and a Certificate in Urban Retail from Harvard University. He also lectures in the University of Miami’s MRED+U program.

Stuart J. Lieberman, MAI
Mr. Lieberman is a seasoned real estate valuation and consulting professional with more than 35 years of experience. Formerly with CBRE’s Miami office, he brings extensive expertise in valuation, investment analysis, feasibility and highest-and-best-use strategy across a broad range of real estate assets.
Mr. Lieberman has advised developers, lenders, investment funds, family offices, government agencies and major corporations. He is a Florida Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, licensed Florida Real Estate Broker-Associate and Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute.
As Advisor, Mr. Lieberman brings institutional valuation and investment expertise to underwriting, risk assessment, and investment decisions.
